Say a Little Prayer – Terms of Service

1. About This Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Say a Little Prayer, an AI-powered conversational assistant app.

By using Say a Little Prayer(“we”, “us”, “our”, you agree to these Terms ).

2. Service Description

Say a Little Prayer provides AI-generated conversations using different themed personas. The app:

• uses large language models to generate text responses;
• is for general wellbeing, personal organisation, lifestyle, and everyday support;
• is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice;
• must not be used in emergencies.

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. They should not be relied on as professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• be 18 years or older;
• reside in the EU/EEA/UK;
• have full rights to use the device and app store account used for installation.

4. Your Account

To use Say a Little Prayer, you must create an account using Apple, Google, email or phone number.

You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Say a Little Prayer offers a free trial and optional subscription:

• Subscription pricing is displayed inside the app before purchase.
• All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Stripe under its their own terms.
• You can cancel at any time through your Apple account settings.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully;
• attempt to hack, jailbreak or to extract or reverse-engineer AI models or outputs;
• submit harmful, abusive, or prohibited content;
• harass, threaten, or harm others;
• misuse the service in ways not intended.
• send harmful, abusive, or prohibited content to the AI;
• use the service other than for its intended use;

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without further notice.

7. AI Safety & Moderation

Say a Little Prayer includes safety filters and moderation rules. However:

• AI may still generate incorrect or unexpected responses;
• outputs are for informational and entertainment use only;
• you must not take medical, mental health, or crisis-related actions based on AI responses.

In emergencies, contact local emergency services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Your privacy rights follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect:

• account details (email/phone, login provider);
• onboarding and profile data (age, sex, language, location);
• device identifiers and IP address;
• analytics events;
• push notification preferences;
• subscription status.

We do not collect or store:

• chat messages (these remain on your device).

Your GDPR rights include:

• right of access;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to restrict processing;
• right to portability;
• right to object.

9. Data Storage

User profile data is stored in the EU/EEA or in GDPR-compliant regions supported by our providers. We apply appropriate safeguards and data protection measures.

10. Termination

You may delete your account in the app. This permanently deletes your stored profile data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

Say a Little Prayer is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee:

• accuracy or reliability of AI outputs;
• uninterrupted or error-free service;
• that the service meets your expectations.

To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

If you are in the EU/EEA, these Terms are governed by the law of your EU/EEA country of residence.

If you are in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
